NerdSolve provides Internet access to its customers for lawful purposes only. The following activities are prohibited:
If NerdSolve determines that a customer is violating the AUP, NerdSolve may take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to:
- Distributing or downloading illegal content, including but not limited to child pornography, pirated software, and copyrighted material without permission.
- Spamming, which includes sending unsolicited bulk email or text messages.
- Hacking or attempting to hack into NerdSolve’s network or the networks of other users.
- Using NerdSolve’s network for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
- Using NerdSolve’s network in a way that interferes with the use of the network by other customers.
- Engaging in any other activity that NerdSolve deems to be inappropriate or harmful.
If NerdSolve determines that a customer is violating the AUP, NerdSolve may take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to:
- Suspending or terminating the customer’s service.
- Taking legal action against the customer.
Customers are responsible for all activity that occurs on their account, even if the activity is not authorized by the customer. Customers should take steps to secure their accounts and prevent unauthorized access.
By using NerdSolve’s network, customers agree to abide by the AUP. If a customer violates the AUP, NerdSolve may take any action it deems appropriate, up to and including termination of service.
Changes to the AUP
NerdSolve may update the AUP at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes to the AUP by email or through NerdSolve’s website.
